Job Description:

To investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto claims. Investigates and resolves coverage; determines liability; evaluates, negotiates, and settles all lines of coverage. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills:

A qualified candidate should possess the following: excellent verbal, written, organizational, and people skills; familiar with California claims handling regulations; bilingual (Spanish) preferred; Bachelor’s Degree preferred: Prior claims experience preferred. The applicant should have attention to detail, work well in a team environment or individually and must have excellent customer service skills.
