Job Description:

Auto Insurance Claims - Remote Work - California/Arizona

To investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto claims. Investigates and resolves coverage; determines liability; evaluates, negotiates, and settles all lines of coverage. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills:

A qualified candidate should possess the following:

  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and people skills
  • Familiar with California claims handling regulations
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or prior claims experience a plus
  • The applicant should have attention to detail
  • Work well in a team environment or individually
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
