Job Description:

Seeking a self-starter with strong initiative, goal oriented, organized and have strong attention to detail. Must be punctual and have excellent attendance.

Experience and Skills:

Assist customers with questions regarding claims, gather information regarding auto accidents and/or losses, process incoming mail and provide excellent service are a few of the many responsibilities associated with this position.

 

*Work well in a TEAM environment

*Must have excellent customer service skills.

*2+ years’ experience working with customers.

*Patient & Professional.

*Able to handle a high-volume of calls.

*Able to handle multiple tasks at one time.

*Ability to type and have computer experience.

*Some call center & auto insurance experience is a plus.

*Bilingual  Spanish/English is preferred.
