Job Description:

Auto Insurance - Claims CSR Call Center Agent 

Salary $16.00 - $20.00/hr.

Seeking a self-starter with strong initiative, goal oriented, organized and have strong attention to detail. Must be punctual and have excellent attendance. Assist customers with questions regarding claims, gather information regarding auto accidents and/or losses, process incoming mail and provide excellent service are a few of the many responsibilities associated with this position.

Experience and Skills:

* Work well in a TEAM environment

* Must have excellent customer service skills.

* 2+ years’ experience working with customers.

* Patient & Professional.

* Able to handle a high-volume of calls.

* Able to handle multiple tasks at one time.

* Ability to type and have computer experience.

* Some call center & auto insurance experience is a plus.

* Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
