This position is responsible to support customers/producers by
providing professional helpful information, answering questions and
responding to complaints. As a front line of support between our
company and its current and potential customers/producers, accept
ownership for accurately processing requests and solving
customer/producer issues, complaints and inquiries, while keeping
customer satisfaction at the core of every decision. Manage large
amounts of inbound and outbound calls. Build sustainable relationships
and engage customers/producers by taking the extra mile. Assist
customers/producers professionally and respectfully with each inquiry
while providing a complete and helpful response. Assist
customers/producers with changes to a policy, the acceptability within
the program’s underwriting guidelines including any changes in the
policy’s premium. Speaks with customers/producers by phone and receive
payments for renewing, reinstating or continuing policies.
