Job Description:

This position is responsible to support producers by providing professional helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints. As a front line of support between our company and its current and potential producers, accept ownership for accurately processing requests and solving producer issues, complaints and inquiries; while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls. Build sustainable relationships and engage producers by taking the extra mile. Assist producers professionally and respectfully with each inquiry while providing a complete and helpful response. Assist producers with changes to a policy, the acceptability within the program’s underwriting guidelines including any changes in the policy’s premium. Speaks with producers by phone and receive payments for renewing, reinstating or continuing policies.

Experience and Skills:

A qualified candidate must have a least 2 years personal lines auto/homeowners experience in an office and/or call center environment; able to handle high call volume; have professional telephone and people skills; computer skills in various applications; and be well organized. Knowledge of the insurance industry terminology or procedures. Must have attention to detail, work well in a team environment or individually and must have excellent customer service skills.
