Job Description:

Seeking a self-starter with strong initiative and close attention to detail. Must be punctual and have excellent attendance. Assist new and existing policyholders, agents and brokers with questions and/or changes regarding insurance, accept payments, process incoming mail, provide excellent customer service are a few of the many responsibilities associated with this position.

Experience and Skills:

A qualified candidate should have a minimum of 2 years personal lines auto/homeowners experience in an office and/or call center environment; able to handle high call volume; have professional telephone and people skills; computer skills in various applications; and be well organized. Knowledge of the insurance industry terminology or procedures. The applicant should have attention to detail, work well in a team environment or individually and must have excellent customer service skills.
