Job Description:

Anchor General Insurance is seeking a customer service representative that can multi task and is able to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Our office is located in the Scripps Ranch area. Answering customer calls, research and resolve issues, process payments, data entry while providing excellent customer service. Must be punctual and have excellent attendance. * At least one year of telephone experience in an office or call center environment. * Strong computer skills and type at least 35wpm. * Fast learner, pleasant and articulate. * Able to multi-task and is detail orientated. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. * Auto insurance experience a plus.

Experience and Skills:

A qualified candidate should have a minimum of 1 year personal lines auto experience in an office and/or call center environment; able to handle high call volume; have professional telephone and people skills; computer skills in various applications; and be well organized. Knowledge of the insurance industry terminology or procedures. The applicant should have attention to detail, work well in a team environment or individually and must have excellent customer service skills.
